Is BeastBuyer free to use?
Yes! BeastBuyer is completely free to use. We may offer premium features in the future, but the core deal-hunting experience will always remain free.
How does BeastBuyer find deals?
Our platform aggregates products from multiple online retailers and uses smart algorithms to show you the best deals based on your preferences, browsing history, and trending products.

Account & Settings

How do I create an account?
Head to app.beastbuyer.com, click 'Sign Up', and register with your email or social account. Mobile apps are coming soon!
I forgot my password. What should I do?
On the login screen, tap 'Forgot Password?' and enter your email address. We'll send you instructions to reset your password.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Settings > Account > Delete Account. Please note that this action is permanent and will delete all your saved products and preferences.

Shopping & Orders

How do I purchase a product?
When you swipe right on a product or tap to view details, you'll see a 'Buy Now' button that will take you to the retailer's website to complete your purchase.
Does BeastBuyer process payments?
No, we don't process payments directly. When you purchase a product, you'll be redirected to the retailer's website where you'll complete the transaction securely.
What if I have an issue with my order?
Since purchases are made directly through retailers, please contact the specific retailer's customer service for order-related issues, returns, or refunds.

Features & Functionality

What does 'Super Like' mean?
Super Like is a special feature that saves a product to your priority favorites list and helps our algorithm show you more similar items. It's like telling the app 'I REALLY love this!'
Can I search for specific products?
Yes! Use the search icon in the app to find specific products, brands, or categories. You can also filter by price range, category, and retailer.
How do product recommendations work?
Our smart algorithm learns from your swipes, saves, and interactions to show you products you're more likely to love. The more you use the app, the better the recommendations become!

Privacy & Security

Is my personal information safe?

BeastBuyer is currently a web app accessible on all modern browsers — Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge. Native iOS and Android apps are in development.
